What happens with the American racial question? The world is dominated by white men. In America could not be different. The white americans inherited a european vision about races. After various fights (Martin Luther King Jr. and others), after Barack Obama was President, the black americans finally can be citizens in all States. And latinos... What is noticeable is that there is no mixture between races, in other words, marriages between races. Each one stays in your ethnic group. The mixture that exists is few (reminder, there are blacks and latinos racists). In countries how Brazil to racial mixture is secular. Whites, blacks and indians mix for centuries (even though the ruling class be composed for whites). Instead of talking afro-americans, latinos and whites, should be said: we are all americans.

The long-term effects of marijuana are: lung cancer, bronchitis, weakened immune system, chronic cough and cardiac arrhythmia. The State should offer treatment and do not arrest the individual. The marijuana should not be released for recreational use.

Is there difference between the mind and brain?

What is on mind? Reason, intelligence, memory, consciousness etc. The scientists put the brain as generator of these things. They use the expression: my brain tricked me . As if the brain make decisions without our participation. The brain generates the mind? Let's think of different manner. The mind is the being. These things mentioned above are part of being. The being uses the brain as instrument to express itself. So, consciousness, reason, memory etc. are in being and not in brain. Is there difference between the mind and brain? Yes. The mind is not brain, the brain doesn't generate the mind, and the mind to express itself by brain.
